Background
Megan Nutley joined Walker Heye, PLLC as a legal intern in 2021. Megan grew up in Spokane, Washington and graduated from Eastern Washington University with a B.A. in Business Management. After graduating from Eastern Washington University, Megan worked as a legal assistant in family law until deciding to attend law school in 2020. Megan attended University of Idaho College of Law for law school and graduated in 2023 with an emphasis in Business Law. While attending University of Idaho, she served as a member and managing editor of the Idaho Law Review. She became an official member of the Washington State Bar in September 2023.
Megan’s practice areas focus on civil litigation matters, specifically real property disputes and contract disputes, and transactional matters related to real estate and businesses. Megan also assists in probate and estate planning matters. Megan is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Washington, and the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Washington. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Benton-Franklin County Bar Association.
In her spare time, Megan enjoys reading, being active, watching cooking shows, and hanging out with her puppy, Lucy.
