Do You Need To Go To Trial?

Although our lawyers are skilled in trial practice, we know from experience that going to trial is not always the way to achieve the best result for you. Sometimes it is best to consider negotiated resolutions, and if that is the case, we will not hesitate to encourage you to do so and will zealously advocate for you in the settlement negotiations.

Alternative dispute resolution may also play a role in resolving a case without the need for a trial before a judge or jury. When either mediation or arbitration is appropriate, we will let you know.

No two legal disputes are exactly alike, and what wins one case will not always work for another—no matter how similar they are. The varying size of cases also means that tactics that may work in one case may not be economically feasible in another.  Our firm is committed to putting your needs first. We will take into account any economic considerations and provide candid advice for moving forward.
